This is part of Fitnex's popular X series and is ideal if you want a basic bike that can take a beating. It features a sturdy frame and made in the USA parts, so the list is a bit high at $1,170, but you can usually find it on sale for anywhere from $650 to $899.

This is one of the exercise bikes you don't see very often unless you're a real exercise nut. The Fitnex Momentum is a strong performer that gets lots of positive reviews from users who push their limits when cross-training or doing serious cardio.

Reviews note that it has all the important essentials, including multiple ways to adjust the seat position and adjustable handlebars for the most comfortable ride possible regardless of your height or posture.

A few reviewers commented that the bike is more ideally suited for someone taller rather than someone on the short side, but they all acknowledge that the comfort range is better than most brands.

Our Take on the Fitnex X Momentum

The Momentum is a great bike when you find it on sale, which is fairly frequently. If you're a Sam's Club member, you can always get it at a discounted rate that beats any to be found on the Internet.

We love the multiple horizontal and vertical adjustment options almost as much as we love the fact that it's made in the USA. The parts are all high quality and the ride is extremely smooth, so you can watch TV while cycling with no problem.

The Fitnex Momentum exercise bike does look a bit clunky, so if you're looking for a sleek looking piece of fitness equipment, this isn't it. On the other hand, the bike's heft and footprint are what make it so stable. The bike may not be sexy, but the results you get from it will be.
