The Siemens electronic LCD high resolution display shows workout data including speed, RPM, time, distance, watts, energy consumption, and plus rate. A wireless Polar T34 heart rate transmitter is included as standard equipment.

The saddle on the Kettler X1 upright bike is adjustable up and down as well as fore and aft as part of the Kettler eSYS system that allows for perfect ergonomic, biomechanical, and electronic adjustments for everyone. Other areas of adjustments include the multi-position handlebars that rotate for a variety of grip positions, and the toe-straps on the pedals.

The exercise bike also features a high carbon steel frame, a 22-lb flywheel, a quiet Poly V drive belt, and sealed ball bearings. The Kettler X1 upright has the same dimensions as the Kettler HKS Polo M that received some user complaints about the lowest setting of the seat post being not low enough to allow for short users to reach the pedal. You can expect the same issue with the X1 model’s frame.
