The Nautilus U514 upright exercise bike has a quiet magnetic Eddy Current Brake (ECB) resistance system and a large 20-pound flywheel.

It has a range of 20 resistance levels, a 300-lb max user weight, adjustable handlebars, tilting console, an adjustable (fore/aft & up/down) oversized saddle, oversized pedals, frame levelers, 3-speed cooling fan, water bottle holder, reading rack, and transport wheels.

The Nautilus U514 comes with a Polar heart rate chest strap plus sensors on the hand grips for use with the pre-set Heart Rate Control programs.

These readings can be used independently of programs to check your pulse, or used with the HRC workouts where the computer automatically adjusts resistance on the bike to keep you training in the proper target zone.
