The Sole LCR recumbent has everything you need to start an at-home fitness or rehab program. Its sturdy compact steel frame holds users up to a 350-pound maximum, and offers a fully adjustable seat with 12-preset length positions and padding for lumbar support.

The exercise bike’s 30-lb flywheel and brake system offer nearly silent operation with a smooth, frictionless pedaling motion. The foot pedals feature Sole’s patented 2-degree inward cant for correct leg alignment, which means less pain or stress on the knees and feet when exercising.

The recent redesign was marked by two major changes: one was a new, larger  10.1" TFT LCD display, with better contrast and more user-friendly design.  The other was the incorporation of Bluetooth technology which allows you to track and monitor your workouts via the Sole Fitness app or a few other popular fitness apps.

Since this redesigned model was recently introduced, there are no consumer reviews on this model although it has already received a Best Buy distinction.
